The health, safety and wellbeing of our visitors, customers and employees visiting or working at One Answer Insurance is of paramount importance. At all times, and especially in this uncertain situation, we want to assure you that your safety and wellbeing and that of our employees, is our highest priority. We are continuing to monitor and react to the Coronavirus (COVID-19) situation as it evolves, and we remain dedicated in our commitment to provide every customer and employee with the highest standard of service and care.
|With this in mind we are requesting that all customers refrain from coming to our offices. Should you be required to supply us with documents to support your insurance needs, we can accept clear pictures from smart phones to our WhatsApp telephone, photocopies via email or in the post. If you are unable to use any of these methods, please contact Customer Services who will be able to advise on an alternative method to suit.
For payments on policies we are currently only accepting payments via the telephone using a bank or credit card.

We have, and will continue, to ensure that we take all measures to allow you to continue dealing with us in confidence.
